Pilate’s classes focus on building strength and improving flexibility without building bulk. It is a series of movements controlled by the body and mind to improve the posture and is excellent as a follow on to Physiotherapy treatments to maintain good health and prevent the recurrence of many conditions.
Pilates can be done by anyone at any level of fitness. It is a helpful exercise to prevent injury and enhance rehabilitation from injury.
Pilates sessions include mat work, passive and active stretching.
