Payment is at the time of treatment unless you are claiming on healthcare insurance.

We will bill your healthcare insurance company directly in the majority of cases.

We will bill you directly for any excess on your policy once notified by your healthcare company.

If you have private healthcare insurance please check your policy entitlements as you may need authorisation or a GP referral letter before attendance for treatment. For Corporate policies please refer to your HR department who will be able to help you on procedure.

Payment and Cancellations

Payment is required at the time of consultation if you are uninsured. We are recognised by all major insurers and we will invoice them directly for you. You may be invoiced for any excess on your policy.

Cancellations: 24 hours notice is required. After this period a fee applies.
