A deep massage treatment very effectively used to alleviate aches and pains in the body caused by soft tissue dysfunction often around the joints. Used by many on a regular basis to keep the body supple and mobile, sports massage was developed to especially aid people suffering from injuries sustained whilst taking part in sports and in preparation for sporting events. Sports massage increases power, endurance, and flexibility of the body.
Long periods of sitting at the computer or driving can cause postural complaints which can also be treated. Sports massage can be quite exhaustive for the body and we do recommend a recovery period of 24 hours after treatment to obtain the best results.
